Important Information
- Reception Hours: Monday to Saturday 8:30am – 7.30pm, Sunday and Public Holidays 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Check in 2pm – 7.30pm Mon – Sat, 2pm – 6pm Sundays & Public Holidays.
- Check out 10:00am.
- Late check in can be arranged.
- Free Guest WiFi – 1GB per day. Additional plans can be purchased online.

A preauthorised credit card security deposit of $150.00 may be required at check-in. Alternatively this may be provided in cash. The security deposit is required for any additional charges such as breakages, soiled carpet, lost keys, smoking in the rooms etc. in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions are located on the Booking Website, Guest Information Book in each room and at Motel Reception.

- Strictly no smoking anywhere inside the Motel Room
- Smoking in rooms (including bathrooms) will incur an additional cleaning fee of $150 charged against the guest credit card provided or the security deposit
- Strictly no parties
- For the benefit of all our guests no loud noise after 10pm
- Health regulations strictly prohibit cooking in rooms (reheating in microwave is allowed)
- Number of persons per room strictly as booked
- There is one car space provided per room. Visitor parking is not permitted in guest carpark
- All room supplies (towels, blankets etc) are for use in the room only
- Pets are not permitted on the premises. Failure to comply will incur an additional $150 cleaning fee charged against the guest credit card provided or the security deposit
- Please note; damage to rooms, carpet stains, missing or broken remote controls etc may also incur additional charges
- Lost keys will incur a fee of $60 charged against the guest credit card provided or the security deposit
- Management reserves the right to evict any guest not complying with these Terms and Conditions without refund
- On checkout please return keys to Reception or to the Key Return Box outside Reception
Cancellation Policy
Peak
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge until 7 days prior to arrival. For cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival the Motel will endeavour to relet the room. If the room is able to be re-let by the Motel, the booking will be refunded less a rebooking fee of one nights accommodation. If the Motel is unable to relet the room, the entire Booking sum will be forfeited. Payment in full is required 7 days prior to arrival.
Off Peak Cancellation policy
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge until 2 days prior to arrival. Cancellations later than 2 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation. Payment in full is required 2 days prior to arrival
